About Hurtigruten
Hurtigruten are best known for their Norwegian Coastal Voyages and in fact they have been operating a service in this area since 1893! Today they are still immensely proud of their Norwegian heritage but have developed into a world leader in exploration travel, and offer expedition cruises in Antarctica, Greenland, Iceland, Spitsbergen, Alaska, Northwest Passage and beyond.
Norwegian Coastal Voyages
Hurtigruten’s coastal voyages offer a 12-day round trip along the Norwegian Coast from Bergen in the South, to Kirkenes in the North. The voyage is offered all year round and no matter which season you choose, you can be assured of spectacular scenery along the way. Hurtigruten’s coastal ships also offer a ferry service to the locals, which means your ship will call in at 34 towns and villages along the way. This means you’ll get to see some of the popular main ports like Trondheim, Tromso and Alesund as well as off-the-beaten-track points like the Lofoten Islands and North Cape. There are great excursions offered all along the route including some amazing experiences such as walking in the mountains, carol concerts at Tromso Cathedral, dog sledding, snowmobiles and even a visit to the ice hotel (season dependent). If you take a Norwegian coastal voyage in the Winter months, you will also have a great chance of seeing the incredible Northern Lights and on some voyages, Hurtigruten will even offer a Northern Lights Guarantee!

British Isles from Dover
On this 12-night cruise of the British Isles with Hurtigruten, you'll sail from the south of England to the most northerly region of Scotland – covering a vast area in between. Alaska & British Columbia Expedition Cruise
This 12-night expedition cruise with Hurtigruten offers a different way to cruise Alaska. You'll go where the big ships simply can't reach and enjoy a programme of landings as part of your cruise fare. The itinerary sails north from Vancouver to the Misty Fjords, William Henry Bay, and the dramatic glaciers of College Fjord. You’ll also visit Haines, Sitka, and Cordova, authentic Alaskan frontier towns that are a mix of Native and early settler cultures. The journey ends with a train ride from Seward to Anchorage.

Circumnavigating Spitsbergen – Realm of the Polar Bear
